CREMORNE APARTMENT

PROGRAM

Refurbishment of existing  penthouse apartment. Involving demolition of existing infill walls, new ceilings, flooring, kitchen and bathrooms.

DESIGN

The apartment is minimal in its layout , benefitting from expansive views over middle harbour.

Opportunities were explored in the rich materials palette and sculptural qualities of joinery. Colour is used to accent neutral scheme.
